Bookings and Quotations

A booking is confirmed only after availability, vessel, duration, price, inclusions and required payment are accepted. Quotes may expire and availability can change before confirmation.

Guest Responsibilities

The lead guest must provide accurate group information, follow crew safety instructions, respect licensed capacity and arrive at the confirmed meeting point on time with any required identification.

Weather, Routes and Operations

Routes and activities may change for weather, marine restrictions, safety or authority instructions. The captain has final operational authority while the vessel is underway.

Changes, Cancellations and No-Shows

The cancellation and amendment rules shown in the final quote or booking confirmation apply. Late arrival may reduce charter time, and failure to attend may be treated as a no-show.

Damage and Conduct

Guests are responsible for avoidable damage and unacceptable conduct caused by their group. Illegal activity, unsafe behavior and refusal to follow crew instructions may result in termination without refund.

Third-Party Services

Catering, entertainment, watersports, transport and other extras may be provided by third parties under their own operating requirements. Their confirmed terms form part of the booking where applicable.
